INF UK and the United Mission to Nepal [UMN] will be hosting a second joint UK-based conference from Friday 30 September to Sunday 2 October 2011.

The weekend residential conference will be held at The Hayes Conference Centre at Swanwick in Derbyshire. The theme of the conference will be 'Rooted in the character of God'. Former INF Director Steve Aisthorpe will be the main speaker.

INF and UMN increasingly appreciate what they share in common, while recognising that each has a distinctive and particular call from God. This joint conference is an expression of the fact that each is part of God's larger work in Nepal. The conference will enable supporters and friends of each organisation to gain a broader insight into what is happening in Nepal than either organisation could present on its own.

UMN Executive Director Mark Galpin and INF Programmes Director Prem Subedi will attend the conference and, together with a team of INF and UMN missionaries, they will inform and envision all present about current mission work in Nepal.
