INF Worldwide needs an expatriate Christian Personnel Manager to develop its Personnel Department

 

 

INF Worldwide needs an expatriate Christian with experience in Human Resource Management, to be involved in recruitment, management of secondments and partnership agreements, reviewing policies, monitoring correct usage and updating of the personnel database, reviewing statistics and maintaining high standards of member care from candidates' first enquiries until their return to home countries.

This post is currently vacant.

If necessary, the post could be divided into a number of part-time positions.

Candidates must be proficient in the English language.
Training in the Nepali language is provided for expatriate workers, differing in length depending on the duration of their assignments.

INF is unable to pay salaries to expatriate workers in Nepal.
Expatriates in INF are seconded by agencies in home countries who help them find their funding.

In the UK / Australia / New Zealand one of the options available to candidates is secondment to INF in Nepal via INF UK / INF Australia / INF New Zealand respectively.
