enthusiastic and experienced nurse is required to work alongside Nepali health staff in the Surkhet District Hospital Accident and Emergency Department. The eight-bed Department is basic with minimal equipment. It has 24-hour staffing with a team of Nepali health workers who have received between three monthsÍ and two-and-a-half yearsÍ training, and there is a Nepali doctor on call.
