Agricultural Adviser will work alongside the IMP Field Manager and report to the Programme Manager. Main activities will include: co-ordination of preliminary and ongoing field research; detailed planning and implementation of the programme component approach; training of local staff and farmers; evaluation of the programme; and networking with relevant research and extension organisations.
