To
support the Community Health and Development Officer in their tasks [acting
as a counterpart], specifically in the training and development of staff
of the Section. Responsible also for researching and developing new ideas
for the Community Health and Development Officer to take forward. The Community
Health and Development Section is focused on the basic needs of the poor
and marginalised people of Dailekh, Jajarkot and Surkhet
