Adviser will support senior staff and the partner NGO in management, planning,
budgeting, reporting and donor liaison. Basic IT skills essential. The role
is not to do the work but train colleagues to do it themselves. The Adviser
will also provide management support in other parts of INF. Ghorahi is a
challenging place in which to live. The Adviser will be one of a team of
three expatriates, living in a town that is frequently isolated due to disruption
to phone and travel services. The area around Dang District is badly affected
by conflict and the Adviser will need patience and resilience to deal with
frustrations and insecurity.
