Flooding

INF has been working with the Public Health Office in Nepal’s Banke District to run health camps for local people caught up in the floods which have affected much of South Asia in recent days. So far there are no real signs of any epidemics of disease in the areas where INF is working. INF is involved in assessing and monitoring the flood relief work in different areas including Bardiya District and, in co-operation with Nepal Christian Relief Services, INF has so far distributed emergency supplies to approximately 250 families.
