INF last month began a brand new programme of community health and development work in Kapilbastu District, the poorest part of Nepal’s Western Region. The work will be led from a new office in Taulihawa, Kapilbastu’s district centre, and will come under the management of INF’s Kaski District programme, based in Pokhara. ‘Please pray for the success of this new initiative’ says INF Kaski Programme Manager Himalaya Sigdel. In a separate development, management of INF’s medical camps has transferred from the INF Kaski Programme to INF’s Central Office in Pokhara.
