Lincoln: one of INF’s conference representatives 09 SEP 07
INF was well represented at the four-day ‘International Symposium on Remaining Challenges in Leprosy’ which came to an end at the ‘Yak and Yeti’ hotel in Kathmandu yesterday. INF personnel attending included Bishnu Pun, Man Singh Gurung, New Zealander Dr Julie Lincoln and Australian Dr Peggy Ashwell. Forty-five speakers from Nepal and other countries covered a wide range of clinical, socio-economic, rehabilitation and research issues. The conference was organised as part of the 50th birthday celebrations of Nepal’s Anandaban leprosy hospital. To help INF clients with leprosy, please click here.
