INF’s nine-day gynæcology camp in the Bajura District Hospital in Martidi draws to a close today. British doctors Linda Robertson, Humphrey Adair, Donald Elliott and David Vasey and Australian doctors Brian Wheatley and Maurice and Betty Coutanceau travelled to Nepal especially for the camp, and joined forces with INF Nepal Camps Co-ordinator Eka Dev Devkota and INF Nepal’s Pokhara-based medical camps staff team. INF regularly organises gynæcology, ear, surgical, plastics and dental camps in Nepal. The camps are publicised via radio advertising campaigns and hundreds travel long distances to attend.
