INF pioneer Jean Raddon has died. Jean was one of the group which travelled from India and founded INF’s ‘Shining Hospital’ in Pokhara when Nepal opened its borders in 1952. In the 1960s Jean established INF clinics in Baglung and Sikha. Jean left Nepal in 1970 but continued her involvement with INF Australia. Jean’s funeral is tomorrow at 11am at St Paul’s Anglican Church, Chatswood, Sydney. At the request of Jean’s friend Mary Miller, INF Australia has opened a fund in Jean’s memory. Donations may be sent to INF Australia.
