The board of the new INF North America organisation today holds its first face-to-face meeting in Omaha, Nebraska [home town of INF North America Director Mark Kiser], having held its inaugural meeting by teleconference. The board includes both US and Canadian Christians. Recently registered with US federal authorities as a ‘501c3’ not-for-profit organisation, INF North America can now facilitate tax-efficient giving by US donors and hopes for similar registration in Canada in 2008. INF North America recently forwarded its first donation of US$1,000 to INF’s Green Pastures Hospital in Nepal.
