A special event was held today in the UK to celebrate the 30th anniversary of INF’s leprosy clinic in Nepal’s Surkhet District, which was established back in October 1977. The event was held at the King’s Centre [owned by the King’s Church] in Wellington in Somerset, organised by former INF Member Peter Parslow, who worked in Surkhet between 1996 and 2000 with his wife Elisabeth and their children Ben [born 1990], Joel [born 1993] and Martin [born 1993]. A further event is due to be held tomorrow in Surkhet itself.
