2011 trek in Nepal

INF Australia is organising a special trek in Nepal from 10-26 April 2011. The trek costs AU$3500 from Sydney or Brisbane - please contact INF North America, INF UK or INF New Zealand for prices from other parts of the world. After arriving in Kathmandu on 10 April, the trekking group will travel to Pokhara, visiting INF's Green Pastures Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre for people with disabilities and other INF projects, before moving on to Tansen and Burtibang. From Burtibang the group will trek to Dowal Phedi, Dhorpatan hunting reserve, Jaljala and Takum, staying in tented camps. From there the group will trek to Maraeni / Darbang and travel to Beni and back to Pokhara and Kathmandu, leaving Nepal on 26 April. INF hopes to help each trekker raise AU$1000 [or around US$1000 / €700 / £600 / NZ$1300] for INF's work. Good health and moderate fitness are needed.
