Aussie fund tax-deductible
25 Jun 08
The Australian Tax Office last week declared the INF Australia Relief Fund tax-deductible.
As of 18 June 2008 any donations given to the INF Australia Relief Fund by Australian taxpayers can be tax-deductible. The INF Australia Relief Fund provides money for INF’s development work in Nepal’s remote, impoverished Jumla and Mugu Districts, INF’s Partnership For Rehabilitation programme serving people with disabilities, Asal Chhimeki [social outreach by churches in Pokhara] and support for INF Australia’s Dr Peggy Ashwell and nurse Peggy Franks.
