Campaign helps disabled
15 Apr 09
Some of the donations to INF’s ‘Get a life!’ disability campaign will help to pay for the construction of a small ‘minimum care’ general rehabilitation unit in Nepal’s Surkhet District, where INF clients with disabilities will be able to stay in preparation for their discharge from INF’s nearby clinic. INF occupational therapist Megan Barker, short-term volunteer physiotherapist Amy Boyer and their Nepali colleague Bimala Rana Magar will together lead the project.
