Farewell to German doctor
17 May 08
Members of staff at INF’s Surkhet District programme yesterday said farewell to Dr Ulf Basting-Neumann and his family.
Together with his wife Meike and their young children Laura, Amy, Jill and Phil, Ulf has worked for four and a half years as INF’s Medical Officer in Surkhet.
Meike has been involved in women’s groups with the local church.
Also leaving Surkhet is Hannah-Mareike Huster, a teacher at INF’s Primary Study Centre. The Basting-Neumann family and Hannah have been seconded to work with INF by German partner organisation Missionshaus Bibelschule Wiedenest.
