There were celebrations yesterday at INF's work centres throughout western Nepal to mark the annual 'INF Day'. At INF's Dang District Programme office in Ghorahi guests at the celebration included the District President of the Red Cross, the District President of the Association of Journalists, local church pastors and representatives of local partner organisations, non-government organisations and the media. The programme was led by INF Nepal board vice-chairman Jeewan Gurung and the INF Dang Programme Manager Mukunda Adhikari, and ended on an unusual note with an opportunity for participants to donate blood. Articles about INF were published in local, regional and national newspapers.
