INF helps Gauri
20 Sep 08
Gauri, 21, was treated for TB at INF’s clinic in Nepalgunj.
At one stage she weighed only 35 kilos.
She had two years of free regular observed injections and medicine for her multi-drug resistant TB.
When she became sick, Gauri was studying computing at the local campus, but became too weak to attend classes.
After attending the INF clinic, her condition has improved so that she now tests negative for TB and her weight has increased to 51 kilos. To help people disabled by TB and other disabling conditions, click here.
