An INF gynæcology camp gets under way today in Nepal's Arghakanchi District Hospital at Sandhikharka, continuing until 2 November. Volunteers from the UK and Australia have travelled to Nepal especially to take part in the camp, together with INF Nepali staff and INF expatriate volunteers already serving in Nepal. The 27-person INF team includes: Australian consultants Graham Hamdorf and Brian Wheatley and Brian's wife Heather; British INF gynæcologist Shirley Heywood; British and Australian anæsthetists Paddy Smyth and Maurice Coutanceau and Maurice's wife Dr Betty Coutanceau; British doctor Claire Ferrer and her daughter Katherine; British nurse Linda Collins and her daughter Emma; American INF ultrasonographer Cyndi Langworthy; Austrian INF nurse Sandra Chinnery; and Nepali staff Rogina Thapa, Dil Kumari Puri, Kirpa Chaudhari, Ganga Thapa, Anandi Devkota, Indra Sai, Robin Lama, Rabi Gurung, Bedu Prasad Rawat, Prithibiraj Baral, Min Prasad Gurung, Govinda Poudel, Bishnu Kumar Rai and Eka Dev Devkota [INF's Camps Administrator].
