Tearfund Nepal trip

INF partner organisation Tearfund UK is running a two-week prayer trip to visit INF projects in Nepal in April 2011. The Tearfund prayer trip is designed for UK Christians aged 25 and over [although younger applicants may also be accepted]. The trip will start on 16 April 2011 and will finish a fortnight later on 30 April. The cost is £900 [excluding flights and visa costs]. The trip will include visits to INF offices and projects in Kathmandu, Nepalgunj [projects dealing with tuberculosis, community development and internally displaced people], Pokhara [projects dealing with disabilities, leprosy, socio-economic rehabilitation and HIV / AIDS] and possibly Ghorahi. The deadline for applications is Friday 16 December. Applicants need to be able to attend an orientation day at the Tearfund office [100 Church Road, Teddington TW11 8QE] on 22 January 2011.
