UK church backs INF

A church in the UK has raised £525 for INF's work in Nepal. The Nepal Prayer Group from All Saints Church Thorpe Acre in Loughborough ran a special fundraising fair. 'The sun shone and we served strawberry cream cakes, did face painting, a raffle, sold handcrafted silverware and summer gifts,' says church member Elizabeth Steven. 'The teenagers in the church ran various competitions, the toddlers' church helped customers to make iced biscuits, and adults competed in a hat-making competition. There were Nepali prizes which continued the theme. Light lunches were served, and we were delighted to raise the total of £525.'
