INF has launched a new blog to promote the 'get a life' campaign. The blog has been specially designed to provide you with regular updates about INF's work among people with disabilities, and to enable you to give your comments. A team of INF bloggers - both Nepali staff and expatriate volunteers - will provide stories, articles, photos and video clips. The first items are by INF's Krishna Adhikari, Neeraj Gautam, Liz Watson and Martin Hickey, and include stories about clients with leprosy and burns, and information about the recent statistical 'elimination' of leprosy in Nepal. In coming weeks, it is hoped that there will be further stories and articles about different aspects of INF's disability work, including: burns; health education; leprosy; local partner organisations; occupational therapy; physiotherapy; prosthetics; rehabilitation; speech and language therapy; spinal injuries; surgery; and tuberculosis. The blog also enables you to sign up to RSS feeds so that you can keep track of new contributions to the blog, and new comments.
