पोखरा नयाँगाउँस्थित आइ एन एफ नेपाल हरियोखर्क अस्तपालमा स्तरोन्नती गरिएको बहिरङ्ग सेवा भवनको एक विशेष समारोहका बीच उद्घाटन गरिएको छ । आइ एन एफ नेपालका अध्यक्ष रामचन्द्र तिमोथी र आइ एन एफ अष्ट्रेलियाका प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत बेन थर्लीले सो भवनको संयुक्त रुपमा शिसालेख अनावरण तथा रिबन काटी उद्घाटन गरेका हुन् । बिरामीमैत्री एवं सुविधाजनक सो भवनमा चिकित्सकीय परामर्श कक्षहरु, माइनर अपरेसन थियटर लगायतका विविध कक्ष रहेका छन् ।
समारोहमा अध्यक्ष रामचन्द्र तिमोथीले संस्थाले जनसेवालाई मुख्य प्राथमिकतामा राख्दै छोटो समयमा नै भवन स्तरोन्नती गरी उद्घाटन समेत भएकोमा खुशी व्यक्त गरे । जसका लागि दातृ निकाय र भवन निर्माणमा खटिने कर्मचारीहरुलाई धन्यवाद व्यक्त गरेका थिए ।
आइ एन एफ नेपालका कार्यकरी निर्देशक कृष्ण अधिकारीले विगत ७० वर्ष देखी गरीब तथा पिछडिएका नेपाली जनताको स्वास्थ्य र समुदाय विकासका लागि आइ एन एफ, एक उत्कृष्टताको केन्द्र बन्दै सेवा प्रदान गरिरहेको तर्फ जोड दिए । अझै यस्ता धेरै वर्ष बिताउन सकियोस् भन्दै आइ एन एफ को यात्रामा सहयोग पुर्याउने कार्यकारी समिति, दातृ निकाय, संस्थाका कर्मचारीवर्ग प्रति आभार प्रकट गर्दै उत्कृष्ट सेवाका लागि समेत प्रतिबद्वता व्यक्त गरेका थिए ।
त्यसैगरी कार्यक्रमलाई सम्बोधन गर्दै आई एन एफ अष्ट्रेलियाका प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत बेन थर्लीले लकडाउनको बीचमा पनि भवनको स्तरोन्नती भएकोमा गौरवको महशुस भएको बताउँदै उक्त भवनले गुणस्तरीय सेवा प्रदान गर्ने सवालमा कोसेढुङ्गा साबित हुने विचार व्यक्त गरे ।
उद्घाटन समारोहमा आइ एन एफ नेपालका कार्यकारी समितिका पदाधिकारी एवं सदस्य, रणनितीक व्यवस्थापन समुहका सदस्य, दातृ निकायका प्रतिनिधि लगायत पूर्व तथा वर्तमान कर्मचारीहरुको उपस्थिती रहेको थियो । कार्यक्रमको सञ्चालन अस्पतालका निर्देशक डा. अरुण कुमार बुढाले गरेका थिए ।
Inauguration of OPD Building at GPH
A newly renovated OPD Building at Green Pastures Hospital has been jointly inaugurated by INF Nepal Chairperson Ramchandra Timothy and INF Australia’s CEO Ben Thurley. The building constitutes medical consultation rooms, and a minor operation theatre, among others.
This OPD building was renovated and equipped with the generous contribution from John and Sandy Bosanquet in partnership with INF Australia.
INF Nepal Chairperson RC Timothy said that INF’s main priority is to serve the people, and this building is a part of that strategy. He expressed his happiness and thanked everyone involved in renovating the building in a short period of time.
Executive Director of INF Nepal Krishna Adhikari said, “INF has been serving the Nepali people, particularly the poor and disadvantaged, for the last 70 years. INF is known for its services, and we are developing the organisation as a centre of excellence.” He mentioned that INF is looking forward to serving for many more years ahead. He also thanked Board members, all the partner organisations and the staff members.
INF Australia’s CEO, Ben Thurley, congratulated INF for all the developmental work in GPH, even during the lockdown period. He said, “INF Australia is happy to be a part of this journey. We hope this OPD building will provide quality services to the people in need”.
